Kritika Singh, SMG Health wellbeing account manager and health consultant

WHAT IS AN AVERAGE WORK DAY?

I have at least a few client meetings. Each day also includes time to catch up with my coworkers about the current programs and initiatives we are delivering for my various clients. Producing reports on all programs is also essential to assist our clients evaluate every aspect of their wellbeing program.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE YOUR LINE OF WORK?

I am passionate about good physical and mental health and wellbeing. The satisfaction of helping people drives my efforts.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS?

Bachelor of Medical Science and Masters in Health Science (Nutrition Medicine).

WHAT’S THE BEST PART OF YOUR JOB?

Reviewing a successful program where the work that you put into its design and implement has made a real difference to the physical and mental wellbeing of participants.

IS THERE ANYTHING YOU WOULD DO DIFFERENTLY?

I would place a greater importance on receiving education in IT. The involvement of IT is paramount in health services.

YOUR ADVICE FOR OTHERS?

Passion for good physical and mental health is the key and the desire to make people’s lives better. You need to enjoy what you do.
