OFFERING urban designer living in the heart of vibrant Maroochydore, FKP’s Horton Apartments has been attracting buyers looking to be close to everything the beachside suburb has to offer.

Miner Chris Bamford was so impressed with the development he snapped up two apartments.

Mr Bamford moved into his apartment last year after being transferred for work from Western Australia.

“I had been working at several mines in WA over three years and was given the opportunity to transfer to central-west Queensland,” he said.

“I had a limited time to purchase a property and decided to buy in Horton Apartments.

“As it is so central, I knew if I decided not to live in it, it would be a good investment because of its appeal to tenants.

“But I absolutely love it. It is so close to everything and when my parents came to visit, they fell in love with it too, so I purchased a second apartment in December that they now live in.”

Offering resort-style living in picturesque surrounds some of the facilities on offer within the complex include a private lap pool, resortstyle pool, fully equipped gymnasium, and barbecue and picnic areas.

FKP general manager of Residential and Communities, Evian Delfabbro said Horton Apartments had appealed to both owner occupiers and investors.

“Its location is unparalleled, with easy access to all the amenities and natural attributes that make the Sunshine Coast such an ideal place to live and visit,” she said.

“The feedback from buyers is that the project has also struck the balance between urban sophistication and the laid-back lifestyle that makes this part of the world so popular.”

A selection of one and two-bedroom apartments are available across the two buildings within the development. All abodes feature stone benchtops, stainless steel appliances, glass shower screens and airconditioning.
