Australand’s Queensland residential division general manager Nigel Edgar said the Peninsula Homes were the “penthouses” of the Runaway Lagoons community.
“The Peninsula Home style represents outstanding value; where else could you find a new, 383sq m architecturally designed waterfront property on the Gold Coast for under $800,000?”
“All home designs within the thriving Runaway Lagoons community feature quality and contemporary fixtures and fittings, yet have classic features intended to last for generations,” Mr Edgar said.
He added that Runaway Lagoons provided a safe and secure lifestyle along with a tranquil living environment, perfectly suited to empty nesters or young families.
“The community is in one of the best locations with a World Heritage-listed wetlands located adjacent to the development site and ideally situated in close proximity to a broad range of essential services,” he said.
