CITY SALES SOAR,
A “VIRTUAL tour’” of Banc’s display at Toowong gives buyers an idea not only of the $70 million project – but also the river and city views for each of the 33 apartments.
An interactive touchscreen display allows buyers to scroll through floorplans, computer generated images, and indicative views for all apartments in the 15-storey building.
Peter Hutton, of Hutton and Hutton Real Estate, is marketing the project and said developers needed to become more innovative and engaging with sales centres for off-the-plan projects.
“Purchasers can use the touchscreen display to compare views from different apartments and then walk through a full-scale replica kitchen and bathroom to see the quality of Banc’s fittings and finishes first hand,” he said.
Mr Hutton said Q1 Design had created the digital plan of the building.
“This process allows buyers to feel confident and comfortable in the knowledge that their new apartment will suit their needs and lifestyle, and they will be able to see the quality of the finishes firsthand, similar to the way they would if they walked into a display apartment.”
Remaining apartments are priced from $899,000 to $2.7 million.
Banc is developed by Ideal Property Australia, with construction expected to start in the third quarter of 2016.
