Aus­build’s highly sought-af­ter En­clave Es­tate in Gum­dale is now in its fi­nal sell­ing stages.

Res­i­dents within En­clave, on New Cleve­land Rd, can en­joy po­si­tion­ing along­side Ran­some Re­serve, Manly Es­planade and Lota wa­ter­front, and ac­cess to West­field Carindale only 10 min­utes’ drive away, in ad­di­tion to a 25-minute com­mute to Bris­bane’s CBD.

“At this point, the de­mand for land within En­clave has been over­whelm­ing,” Mr Bell said.

“Over 75 per cent of blocks are al­ready sold, with 12 blocks rang­ing in size from 450sq m to 760sq m re­main­ing within the en­tire es­tate.

“For the Gum­dale and Wak­er­ley area, pre­mium land like this will not stick around long. Those look­ing for large lots within En­clave will need to act fast,” Mr Bell said.

“Those lo­cal to the area will no­tice es­tate gates open and land­scap­ing and work on New Cleve­land Rd is now fin­ished — drive in and take a look around.

“Civil con­struc­tion is also com­pleted and land reg­is­tra­tion is due very shortly.”
