Situated within the up and coming suburb of Bridgeman Downs, Ausbuild’s newest estate Hampton Rise is already turning heads after its release in late July, says managing director Matthew Bell.

“The boutique 47-lot residential estate delivers the ultimate in contemporary convenience boasting a premium location, situated just off Albany Creek Rd,” he said.

“The first stage of development was released to a list of pre-registered parties with five lots being purchased off the plan in the first few days.

“Hampton Rise will be a hit with families who enjoy a short commute to a range of public and private schools and easy access to glorious beach locations on the Sunshine Coast, while still only being 25 minutes from Brisbane’s CBD; the shorter travel times to work and school leaves more time to spend at home with the family and makes this new estate the frontrunner for Brisbane families.”

Mr Bell said Hampton Rise was close to the newly-refurbished Chermside retail precinct, surrounded by bikeways and parks and host to an abundance of reputable schools, offering effortless and simple living.

The estate offers a mix of open land sites for outright purchase and a selection of home and land packages.

“This flexible mix allows for a range of diverse and individual homes to be built by some of Brisbane’s most prestigious builders,” he said.

“The estate also has in place one of the most stringent building covenants we have ever created. This will ensure the homes that are ultimately built will showcase an impressive level of design and deliver equally impressive streetscape and community.”

Mr Bell said blocks within the Hampton Rise stage one ranged in size from 450sq m to 674sq m, offering something for the needs of everyone. Land is available for purchase from $395,000.
