Oracle Platinum Homes is on the move, says director Tom Orel.

With display homes in some of southeast Queensland’s largest growth areas such as Yarrabilba and Pimpama, the company has launched into the second half of 2017 with a plan for major growth.

Having just opened a display home in Aura on the Sunshine Coast and upcoming displays in Flagstone, Pallara, Springfield Rise and Killara, it is setting itself up for a big finish to the year and a plan to be a big mover next year.

Oracle Platinum Homes, with a head office at Underwood, is currently running a promotion which offers $5000 off for selecting a standard Oracle design with no design modifications.

“With more than 50 designs on our portfolio, we think we have a design for every buyer and we want to offer an incentive to people who select a standard design,” Oracle Queensland sales manager, Brad Richardson, said.

“We can give you the best of both worlds; select one of our designs, keep it standard and we will give you $5000 off, or take one of our standard homes, make the modifications to make it your own and we will not charge any additional fees for the customisation.

“We have recently developed four new designs in conjunction with our design team, designs that suit even the most challenging of lots while still offering a fantastic solution for homeowners or investors alike.”

Mr Richardson said as with Oracle Platinum Homes’ previous promotions, the company had tried to give its clients options and choice, knowing that clients valued the ability to make things their own.

“With block sizes changing and developers often producing difficult lots we can give our clients the flexibility to find a design that ticks all the boxes, be it in its standard form or with modifications,” Mr Richardson said.
