CREATIVE TERRACE DESIGNS
Metricon Homes is looking to disrupt the terrace home market with the introduction of its new TownLiving range.
The release of two double-storey luxury terrace home projects has been designed to make a strong statement about today’s flexible, low maintenance lifestyle choice.
TownLiving by Metricon combines a clever use of space and light in the home’s interiors, with striking and integrated facades creating a significant contrast to conventional structures.
Metricon general manager Peter Ryan said TownLiving was introduced to cater for a new style of terrace homeowner, with every design drawing on the high quality and innovation that Metricon was renowned for. “Terrace home living is no longer limited to first home buyers or those with conservative budgets,” he said.
“It is now the ‘home of choice’ for professionals looking for a comfortable, low maintenance home option, empty-nesters wanting to ‘lock-up-and-leave’ or downsize and cash in on a large family home, and anyone aspiring to be close to the action with easy access to urban facilities. TownLiving is for people who choose to live in a terrace home environment, while also wanting a standout residence that reflects their individual style.”
Emerson One and Maddock One projects are at Aura, Caloundra West, priced from $535,000 and $425,000. Of the two newly introduced projects, Emerson One comprises four expansive three-bedroom luxury terrace homes with open plan living, central courtyards, and additional leisure space on the second floor. It is designed to appeal to the professional and downsizer markets, with indulgent features and high quality finishes.
Maddock One is designed for the emerging urban dweller, with a set of three, modern, three-bedroom terrace homes designed to maximise space and flow. It includes quality fittings and fixtures and is affordably priced.
Construction on the projects is anticipated to start in October.
