Ausbuild has launched its latest home collection, Refined Living, with the new single storey designs now available.

Ausbuild’s joint managing director Matthew Bell said Refined Living was the product of innovative thought, elegant delivery and simple presentation.

“The collection features 26 entirely new designs and more than 100 new facades, focusing on a refined philosophy in home design and influenced by the changing needs of Australian families who value choice,” he said.

“Buyers will delight in exploring the latest plans, thoughtfully developed with all kinds of people in mind.”

Mr Bell said open-plan living features predominantly across the designs with an emphasis on entertaining spaces including media rooms, children’s zones and grand outdoor spaces.

“These designs are expected to be the frontrunners for families opting to build their dream home in one of Ausbuild’s seven residential estates, now selling across the greater Brisbane region,” he said.

Not only does the new home collection provide buyers with an extensive list to choose from, Ausbuild has also introduced Home Options – designed to empower the buyer, refine the building process and, in turn, reduce unwanted delays, save time and money, and ultimately have families living in their homes sooner.

Mr Bell said Ausbuild had taken its design innovation to the next level, focusing on functional designs that had been perfected over time, supported by an easy and efficient building process.

The Refined Living Collection home designs start at $139,000 for a Ballard design.

“It has been an exciting few months for Ausbuild with the release of two new estates in the north and one in the southwest, growing in popularity and now with 100 new designs to choose from,” Mr Bell said.

“We are set to see some exceptionally stylish streets emerging across Brisbane in the coming months.”
