COAST’S SHINING STAR
Want to live like a star on the Gold Coast?
Potential buyers can get a glimpse of The Star Gold Coast’s integrated resort The Star Residences. The Broadbeach project is being developed by Destination Gold Coast Consortium, a joint venture between The Star Entertainment Group, Far East Consortium and Hong Kong-based Chow Tai Fook Enterprises.
The $400 million tower will include 423 residential apartments designed by Cottee Parker Architects in conjunction with DBI Design. Sales agent Jayde Pezet said The Star Residences Gold Coast would be unlike anything in the region, with buyers having the opportunity to live in a premier international integrated resort for the first time. “The Star Residences are the epitome of world-class resort living on an exclusive island location, with the design quality on par with the premium lifestyle amenities which form part of this project,” Mr Pezet said. “The design blends all of the most desirable features of a private residence with the opulence of a high-end resort apartment, striking the perfect balance of comfort and luxury.
“Buyers will have the opportunity to ‘individualise’ their apartment with a choice of a light and dark colour palette, with neutral tones chosen to allow the panoramic views of the coastline and hinterland to take centre stage.
“All apartments boast an open plan design with floor to ceiling windows, so there are incredible views from almost every room and vantage point within each residence.
“With just seven to 13 apartments per floor and four resident-only lifts, buyers will have easy access to their abode and an array of resort amenities, including a dedicated recreation area with a gym, pool and spa, yoga and pilates area, private dining room and casual dining spaces.”
Each apartment features luxury fittings including stone kitchen benchtops, European appliances and timber flooring.
The tower is due for completion in 2021.
