LOCALS GET IN FIRST
Everton Park residents are getting first dibs on Mosaic Property Group’s latest townhouse development.
The Brisbane-based developer will be holding two townhouses at its newest development, Silvergum, to market exclusively to residents living in surrounding suburbs for the next three months.
The announcement comes after the community initiative was trialled at Mosaic’s project Greenhills, in The Gap, which offered local residents the chance to secure the last two townhouses in the development. These two were quickly snapped up by locals.
Mosaic Property Group managing director Brook Monahan said it was the perfect chance for locals who loved the area to be able to continue living in the neighbourhood in a beautiful new townhouse development.
“The communities in which we develop are extremely important to us, and this is a meaningful way of encouraging more owneroccupiers and permanent residents who are already converts to the area, maintaining a sense of local community,” Mr Monahan said.
Silvergum by Mosaic has 28 three and fourbedroom townhouses and Mosaic will provide a $10,000 furniture package to all owneroccupiers. Three-bedroom townhouses start from $580,000 and four bedrooms from $650,000. The townhouses range in size from 238sq m to 337sq m. Construction is set to start soon with completion about August 2018.
“Everton Park has strengthened as an aspirational, blue-chip market, and a boutique project such as Silvergum adds to the product mix within the area,” Mr Monahan said. Local property expert Alana Rauert and her partner Liam Oates bought a three-bedroom townhouse in Silvergum earlier this year.
Ms Rauert works for Which Property, a longstanding referral partner to Mosaic Property Group. The couple was attracted by the liveable floorplan, quality, location and pricing of the development.
