THE SECOND TOWER OF HAMILTON’S GALLERY HOUSE RIVER COLLECTION HAS BEEN GIVEN THE GREEN LIGHT
The second stage of Hamilton’s Gallery House project is taking shape, with hundreds of buyers showing a keen interest in the riverside development ahead of its official launch.
Gallery House Two will comprise a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, some with an additional multipurpose room. They start from $380,000, with luxury penthouses priced from $2.295 million.
The launch of Gallery House Two comes on the back of $93 million in sales in the 169apartment Gallery House One, which is taking shape with early works under way.
Brookfield Residential Properties’ general manager Lee Butterworth said he believed Gallery House Two would mirror the success of its twin, which was fast nearing sellout.
“The two buildings are complementary in design and will deliver residents a vibrant riverfront lifestyle,” he said.
“We are taking the most popular features of Gallery House One, such as expansive living spaces, floor-to-ceiling windows and natural stone tiles, and replicating them in our second stage, which we anticipate will also draw strong interest from locals looking to live on the doorstep of the sophisticated Portside Wharf precinct, home to some of the best shopping and dining in the city.
“One of the reasons Gallery House has proven so popular is because it has been designed with owner-occupiers in mind and offers a great variety of floorplans to suit everyone from young couples and downsizers looking for an affordable, riverfront abode, through to professionals or retirees who are seeking the ultimate luxury of a penthouse.”
Gallery House will feature expansive apartments with up to four bedrooms, some with balconies offering more than 220sq m of space – larger than the average home – for residents to take in the river and city views.
“The rooftop infinity pool is an exclusive sanctuary for residents with views across the river to the city skyline and mountains beyond, providing the perfect oasis for sunset drinks. “
Mr Butterworth said the launch of Gallery House Two would give buyers greater flexibility when choosing their new home.
“Across both towers we have an array of apartments to suit a wide range of purchasers. Gallery House Two gives buyers, who may have missed out on their preferred apartment in Gallery House One, the opportunity to take another look at what we have on offer.”
