HIGH ON FIVE-STAR LUXURY
A mixed-use development in the Brisbane CBD is likely to sell out before construction is completed late next year.
Mary Lane at 111 Mary St in the heart of the CBD, is already 60 per cent sold with the 37 storey tower construction reaching level 18.
With construction achieving a floor per week structural cycle, and on track for completion by late next year, Colliers International is predicting a potential sell out before completion with only 68 residences left and steady sales.
Colliers International associate director Lily O’Connell said local downsizers and owneroccupiers were attracted to the premium two and three-bedroom residences at Mary Lane.
“No other project offers the privilege and quality lifestyle of residing above a 5-star-hotel. The residences range from 100 to 152sq m and are arguably the best value luxury apartments in the Brisbane CBD based on lifestyle, size, price and finish,” Ms O’Connell said.
The $325 million mixed use development has 184 apartments above the 5-star Westin Brisbane - Queensland’s first Westin Hotel. The Hotel consists of 298 rooms and suites plus a range of dining and entertainment venues including bars, restaurant, resort pool, function room, gym and Heavenly Day Spa.
“The added advantage of buying a residence at Mary Lane is that you can enjoy hotel services on offer by the Westin Brisbane,” Ms O’Connell said. “This enables residents an effortless connection to a variety of 5-star amenities, while enjoying the privacy of a separate lobby and secured lift access to their residence and exclusive roof top facilities including gym, infinity pool and private function pavilion. On a pay-per-service basis, the hotel can provide residents an on-site 24-hour concierge, in-room dining, maid service and hotel spa.”
Two bedroom residences are priced from $910,000, with three bedrooms selling from $1.45 million.
