TERRACE HOMES IN DEMAND
Stage two of the Robina Group’s $170 million
Vue Terrace Homes has been fast-tracked to meet demand from a waiting-list of buyers.
The second stage includes 62 architecturally-designed terrace homes, many with a prime, elevated position on the community’s perimeter, providing stunning uninterrupted views across Robina City Parklands to the Gold Coast skyline.
Homes include three-bedrooms plus media, across two levels, with early site preparation and civil works underway. Work on Vue Terrace Homes is set to start later this year.
Robina Group sales manager Azura Griffen said stage one was almost sold out and sales in the first stage had reached $36 million.
“Homes in stage two have been highlyanticipated, prompting us to push the button on their release to meet the strong demand we have already been fielding,” Ms Griffen said.
“The open-plan design and location of the homes, right at the heart of Robina with shops, schools, transport, health and sporting amenities close by, appeals to purchasers from first home buyers through to empty nesters and investors.”
The appeal of buying a property off-the-plan led first homebuyer Elaine Fang to Vue Terrace Homes. “Buying off-the-plan allowed me to put down a small 10 per cent deposit and I can use the time before settlement to save and reduce the amount of finance I will need to borrow,” she said.
“Vue Terrace Homes has an attractive location and resort-style amenities, and I was impressed by the modern design, quality fittings and functional layout, including generous bedrooms.
“I was given a choice of three interior schemes with European appliances and high quality finishes. I looked at many other homes before finding Vue Terrace Homes — and it simply ticked all the boxes.” Ms Fang, who previously lived in Robina for 10 years, said the suburb was also the perfect place to invest.
