WHERE STYLE MEETS THE SEA
Clarendon Homes’ marketing manager Kathryn Wilkinson loves welcoming visitors to the popular Brighton 30 – a four-bedroom singlestorey display home she said was inspired by the casual elegance of the Australian coastline.
“We’re so lucky to have an abundance of natural sunlight all-year round,” she said.
“And with summer on its way, the Brighton display home re-invigorates that feeling with a palette of soft whites and nautical accents to make the most of the light and provide families with the ambience of a relaxed beachside retreat.
“We’ve used natural textures and fabrics to enhance that coastal feel, from whitewashed floorboards and polished stone, to handwoven rugs and timber light fixtures – it’s that perfect balance of comfort and style.”
Ms Wilkinson said the Brighton featured Ruby inclusions throughout the home, with a few individual elements upgraded to Sapphire inclusions for an extra touch of class.
“We’ve featured Sapphire inclusions in the kitchen, with an optional beautiful luxe island bench that gives people plenty of space to cook and spend time with the family,” she said.
“There are a number of design elements that make it really special, such as the children’s wing at the front of the home, the study nook off the kitchen, the separate theatre and the main bedroom suite to the rear of the home; these features are always popular with growing families.”
There’s also an option to upgrade other elements of the Brighton, including the outdoor entertaining area.
“We’ve chosen the Grand Alfresco for our display home, which is almost double the size and gives you the freedom to enjoy our beautiful temperate climate,” Ms Wilkinson said.
Clarendon Homes have four striking homes on display at their Waterline Display Village in Thornlands, all styled and furnished by Coco Republic and open daily from 10am-5pm.
