SEATTLE DESIGN IS SET TO SHINE
Coral Homes has unveiled its latest two-storey home design at its Aura display centre on the Sunshine Coast, with the opening of the Seattle 38 – one of eight new two-storey plans in the Seattle Series, now available to suit 12.5m-plus and 14m-plus widths.
Chief executive of Coral Homes, Steve Foley said the Seattle Series represented the latest in value for money in two-storey home design from one of Australia’s leading home builders, encompassing modern design features and plan flexibility for today’s new home buyers.
Designs range from 291.58sq m to 333.81sq m in size.
“On entering these homes, people are greeted with a large open-plan living area encompassing an office and, as they continue towards the back of the home, they’ll discover an open-plan kitchen, dining and family space which spills out seamlessly to an inviting outdoor living area,” he said.
“The kitchen forms the centrepiece of the Seattle’s open-plan family area, with its window splashback and walk-through butler’s pantry, in most plans.
“Upstairs there are enough bedrooms to accommodate the growing family along with a separate activity room for the children.
“And parents will love their five-star hotelstyle main bedroom with its large walk-in wardrobe combined with the luxurious ensuite; there’s even an opulent freestanding bathtub in most of the Seattle plans.”
The Seattle Series offers a selection of facade options to enhance the frontage appeal of the home, while there’s also a set of predesigned plan options to tailor the design to individual preferences.
