TIME FOR A SEA CHANGE
Bokarina Beach is a key component of the world-class Oceanside health, retail, commercial, education and residential hub, which includes Birtinya at Oceanside.
It will eventually comprise about 160 home sites, 130 terrace homes and 800 beachside and north-facing parkfront apartments spanning almost 30 hectares.
Living in a masterplanned community so close to the beach could be a dream come true for buyers.
Strong buyer demand has prompted Stockland to fast track the release of new home sites at its popular Bokarina Beach community at Oceanside on the Sunshine Coast, as interest in the beachside precinct continues to gain momentum.
Stockland is preparing to release a limited number of beachside blocks which will be the closest ever available to the beach in the masterplanned community.
Birtinya at Oceanside residents Peter Vucic and his wife Abby Begeta-Vucic, above, are among the first to purchase land at Bokarina Beach and are excited about the facilities and amenities planned for the new community.
Formerly from Brisbane, the couple made a sea change 18 months ago, discovering Stockland’s Oceanside community and have since bought and lived in three homes in
Birtinya, two of which they have built themselves. “We were fortunate to be one of the first to build in one section of Birtinya and one of the last to build in another section and we’re really excited to have now bought land in Bokarina Beach,” Mr Vucic said. “We just love the community feel, it’s well planned with wide walking paths, parklands, little alcoves, barbecues, play areas, and close to the beach.”
Ben Simpson, Stockland regional manager for the Sunshine Coast, said he expected strong buyer interest in the ideally located lots, which were in easy walking distance of future boutique shopping and dining, the planned Lake Kawana extension and village park..
Stockland will release a limited number of beachside blocks at Bokarina Beach.
