FAM­ILY HOME SETS THE BAR

Or­a­cle Plat­inum Homes has of­fi­cially opened its new dis­play homes at the Flag­stone Es­tate de­vel­op­ment.

Queens­land sales man­ager Brad Richard­son said its two new in­no­va­tive home de­signs had been de­signed to meet a range of life­styles and bud­gets, in­clud­ing the Cal­liope 249.

“The Cal­liope 249 is a fam­ily home that caters for ev­ery­one,” Mr Richard­son said.

“With four large bed­rooms, two bath­rooms, an ad­di­tional pow­der room and mul­ti­ple liv­ing spa­ces, the whole fam­ily can stretch out in their own space.

“The Guyra 190 is aimed at the en­try level first home­buyer and fea­tures three bed­rooms, a spacious study or fourth bed­room, sep­a­rate me­dia room and a large walk-in pantry.”

Mr Richard­son said one piece of key feed­back the builder had taken on board was that cus­tomers wanted to see a dis­play home fea­tur­ing stan­dard prod­ucts that were in­cluded in the ev­ery­day range.

“By show­cas­ing the fan­tas­tic level of stan­dard in­clu­sions, we feel our clients can get a re­ally great feel for what will be in their home, rather than fall­ing in love with a dis­play home only to find out that noth­ing is stan­dard,” he said.

“We are re­ally look­ing for­ward to in­tro­duc­ing some in­no­va­tive new de­signs to the mar­ket­place over the com­ing months, and with new dis­plays set to open in Pal­lara, North Har­bour and Kil­lara to com­ple­ment our ex­ist­ing 11 dis­play homes in south­east Queens­land, we think we have some­thing to suit even the most fas­tid­i­ous buyer.”

Or­a­cle Plat­inum Homes is cur­rently of­fer­ing two pro­mo­tions – the Ev­ery­day Lux­ury which in­cludes ducted air­con­di­tion­ing and full height tiling to both bath­rooms, and the ‘Don’t change a thing’ pro­mo­tion, which gives cus­tomers $5000 off the price of their new home.
