FAMILY HOME SETS THE BAR
Oracle Platinum Homes has officially opened its new display homes at the Flagstone Estate development.
Queensland sales manager Brad Richardson said its two new innovative home designs had been designed to meet a range of lifestyles and budgets, including the Calliope 249.
“The Calliope 249 is a family home that caters for everyone,” Mr Richardson said.
“With four large bedrooms, two bathrooms, an additional powder room and multiple living spaces, the whole family can stretch out in their own space.
“The Guyra 190 is aimed at the entry level first homebuyer and features three bedrooms, a spacious study or fourth bedroom, separate media room and a large walk-in pantry.”
Mr Richardson said one piece of key feedback the builder had taken on board was that customers wanted to see a display home featuring standard products that were included in the everyday range.
“By showcasing the fantastic level of standard inclusions, we feel our clients can get a really great feel for what will be in their home, rather than falling in love with a display home only to find out that nothing is standard,” he said.
“We are really looking forward to introducing some innovative new designs to the marketplace over the coming months, and with new displays set to open in Pallara, North Harbour and Killara to complement our existing 11 display homes in southeast Queensland, we think we have something to suit even the most fastidious buyer.”
Oracle Platinum Homes is currently offering two promotions – the Everyday Luxury which includes ducted airconditioning and full height tiling to both bathrooms, and the ‘Don’t change a thing’ promotion, which gives customers $5000 off the price of their new home.
