ENJOY ESTATE’S NATURAL SCENERY
Home to more than 400 residents, Kinross Estate is known in the Redlands community as setting the benchmark for residential estates.
Named after the homestead of a local Australian pioneer, Kinross Estate is bordered by forest and enriched by an existing dam, which creates a natural bushland backdrop for homeowners.
Joint managing director Matthew Bell said when driving through Kinross Estate, there was a sense of calm and retreat that made the area so enticing.
“Although so close to modern amenities and conveniences, Kinross Estate offers separation from the hustle and bustle – perfect to arrive home to after a long day,” he said.
Off the back of the success of the original Kinross Estate, Ausbuild has recently released the new Kinross Estate located only metres up the road.
“Like the original, Kinross West celebrates the same bushland setting,” Mr Bell said. “Stage one, released early this year, offers 45 lots, with half of those already sold. We had to offer more variety and more stock to keep up with the demand for land in the area.”
Kinross West has a second stage to be released in early 2018 with a further extension to the estate, Kinross East, launching late 2018.
Mr Bell said the Kinross communities had become a much loved area for families due to their proximity to schools, retail precincts and sporting facilities, and especially their country-feel – without the long drive.
Home and land packages at Kinross Estate are available from $470,500. The final blocks remaining range in size from 388sq m up to 561sq m.
