Forget your standard house cat. You could soon be the proud owner of a jaguar. That’s the car, of course.

Ferro Property Group will give away a Jaguar F-PACE, worth more than $90,000, to one lucky resident once the final apartment in its $27 million London Residences development in West End is sold.

Sixty per cent of the 26 boutique apartment complex have already been snapped up, with 100 per cent of those sold to owner occupiers. And while the luxury vehicle may be an attractive lure for some, it has not been the major drawcard for buyers.

Ray White New Farm principal Haesley Cush said London Residences was the ideal luxury development for downsizers.

“I regularly struggle to recommend appropriate apartment options to buyers wanting to move on from their large suburban houses,” he said.

“With just 26 apartments – including enormous two-storey villas – London Residences is arguably Brisbane’s only completed development that offers a viable next step for luxury downsizers.”

Anne and Kevin Rynne bought one of the residences after calling Sanctuary Cove home for the past decade.

“When you live in a beautiful villa overlooking a golf course, it is hard to imagine that we could do better,” Mrs Rynne said.

“We looked at hundreds of apartments across southeast Queensland but nothing grabbed us.

“As soon as we saw London Residences, we knew we’d found our next home.”

Ferro Property Group managing director Marco Ferro said there was an undersupply of true boutique developments in Brisbane.

London Residences features 26 boutique three and four bedroom apartments over seven levels, a massive rooftop area including a pool, day beds, steam room, fully equipped kitchen, billiards and wide screen television.

London Residences has 26 boutique apartments targeted to luxury downsizers. Ferro Property Group will give away a Jaguar F-PACE (similar to the one pictured) to one lucky resident
