LARGE LOTS IN LOGAN
A new $13.5 million masterplanned residential estate featuring 59 house and land packages has been launched at Logan Reserve.
The recently approved development will be constructed by KDL Property Group, a Gold Coast-based developer.
KDL Property Group managing director Kent Leicester said Montana offered buyers an opportunity to build their dream home in a convenient and affordable location.
“Montana is strategically located in the Southern Brisbane Growth Corridor among some of Queensland’s fastest growing communities,” Mr Leicester said. “The estate is close to a number of new developments and is positioned to benefit from significant activity taking place in the region.
“What distinguishes Montana from other developments in the region is the size of the blocks of land. They ‘re bigger than average with almost 70 per cent of all lots in the estate 460 sqm or higher.
“We expect very high demand for the estate and have already received significant inquiries from first time buyers and families.”
Lots range in size from 402sq m to one 797sq m superior allotment, with house and land packages starting from $449,000. Mr Leicester said the Montana estate was within walking distance of Logan Reserve State School, and will benefit from the upcoming construction of two childcare centres.
“Logan Reserve is an emerging suburb in a regional real estate hot spot which is surrounded by green space about 30 minutes southwest of Brisbane and 30 minutes northwest of the Gold Coast beaches,” he said. “Schools and shops are in proximity, while a proposed Woolworths-anchored shopping centre is within about 3km of the estate.”
Census data shows that the population of the wider Logan area grew by more than six per cent between 2011 and 2016. The population in the Logan Reserve area grew 63 per cent to 3521.
