HOME IDEAL FOR YOUNG FAMILIES
The opening of Clarendon Homes’ display village at Newport has included the release of new home design the Darley 26, designed for young families with style, says Clarendon Homes’ design manager, Darren Cheal.
Mr Cheal said the Darley was ideal for young couples who didn’t want to give up their life of sophisticated entertaining, even with the joys and demands of an energetic young family.
“With a range of specific design features, this home allows a young couple to enjoy both lifestyles,” he said.
“For example, the children’s retreat adjoins the main family area but is separated by a half-height wall with an on-trend custom-designed screen. This allows parents to keep an eye on the kids in their own space while they catch up with a friend in the toyfree family room.
“The neutral colours and natural textures throughout the home are beautiful, and they work as a unifying base allowing bright pops of fun pink and yellow to define the children’s space, while sapphire blues, subtle purples and burnt gold define the parent’s spaces. And some features are great for everyone; large picture windows and stacker sliding doors to the outdoor living spaces are optional upgrades that really open the living spaces to the outdoors.
“The landscaping here is like a mini rainforest and the picture windows inspire that soothing feeling of being amongst nature inside.”
Styled and furnished by Coco Republic, the Darley display and Bayside 39 are on display at the new Clarendon Homes display village in Newport; alternatively, Clarendon has 21 homes on display across seven locations.
