Big homes with small prices; that’s what Clarendon Homes’ Newport display centre boasts, says Clarendon Homes Queensland marketing manager Glenn Kennedy.

Alongside one of their more popular singlestorey homes, the display centre features one of Clarendon’s signature two-storey homes – the Bayside 39, which offers a generous area combining the family, kitchen, meals and outdoor living spaces.

“There’s plenty of breathing space to entertain the biggest of families in the 362.90sq m, two-storey Bayside 39,” Mr Kennedy said.

“A relaxed home life is made much easier in this home with large living spaces for the whole family to spread out, and there are four living areas in total.

“But it’s the smaller details that truly assist in creating an easy life, such as direct access from the garage to the walk-in pantry for easy unloading of the groceries from the car.”

Designed to suit 14m lot widths, and with the option of a self-contained home within this home, Mr Kennedy said the Bayside 39 offered a smart design that gave people more time to do better things.

“And next door is the beautifully appointed 245.54sq m Darley 26 single-storey design; with its three separate living areas and four generous bedrooms, this home is perfectly suited to young families who need some more room to grow,” he said.

The children have a corner of the home, with a play area off their bedrooms.

“The dedicated theatre room is perfect for movie nights and keeping the rest of your home TV-free,” Mr Kennedy said. “And the main bedroom is located to the front of the home, for privacy and seclusion.”

He said the Bayside 39 option was priced from $320,450 and the Darley 26 design available from $213,900, with these prices based on Ruby standard inclusions on registered land.
