QUALITY FEATURES THE KEY
DOORS OPEN AT DISPLAY VILLAGE
For people looking to build their first home or are ready to upgrade to something more luxurious, one of Queensland’s largest and most anticipated display villages opens to the public today.
The Master Builders display village, Springfield Rise at Spring Mountain, is expected to be in hot demand.
“Springfield Rise gives you peace of mind that your home will be delivered with the quality of craftsmanship you deserve,” Master Builders deputy chief executive Paul Bidwell said.
Valcon Homes, a Master Builders’ member and builder in the village, has created a stunning Hamptons-style offering.
With sloping blocks providing scenic, mountain aspects, Kym O’Shea of Valcon Homes said their home ( see page 11) made the most of the opportunity with two beautiful levels of living.
“You’ve got to experience this home,” Ms O’Shea said.
“We recently completed a Hamptons home which gained a lot of attention on social media. There’s definitely been an influx in people wanting this style of home and that’s what we’re delivering.”
A key feature of their Springfield Rise home was the inclusion of a guest bedroom that could be used as a home office on the ground level.
“We find a lot of people are working from home so we’ve included a full home office that has a separate, side access door for clients or guests to come and go in privacy,” Ms O’Shea said.
Another Master Builder in the village, Stroud Homes will display a beautiful home designed around a stunning, tranquil water feature, the centre piece of the four-bedroom home ( pictured above).
“When you walk inside the front door, the building juts in and you’re faced with the big glass window,” director Jason Till said.
“Outside that we have a big water feature that seems like its inside but it’s actually external. We’ve also managed to pack a pool into the backyard with an awesome water feature.”
