LUXURY STYLE ON BEACH
Another tower is set to be built overlooking the Gold Coast’s Millionaire’s Row.
West Australian property group, Pindan, will make its first foray into the Gold Coast with a boutique, luxury apartment tower on Peerless Ave, Mermaid Beach.
It follows Sunland Group’s new tower on Hedges Ave, that was officially released to the market last month.
Designed for owner-occupiers, Pindan’s Mahala will offer 94 two, three and fourbedroom apartments with two car parks, across 25 levels.
There will be bicycle and surfboard storage areas and resort-style amenities including a pool terrace, lounge and private dining room, outdoor barbecues and cabanas.
A rooftop solar system is promising the tower’s residents cheaper energy costs and lower strata fees.
Scott Staniforth, general manager of Pindan Capital, said he had confidence in the Gold Coast market, which offered lifestyle appeal and growth potential following significant investment in new infrastructure.
“Mermaid Beach is one of the most highly
sought-after beachside locales on the Gold Coast, and Mahala is positioned in a genuinely unique residential pocket, within walking distance of local restaurants, cafes and the entertainment hub of Broadbeach,” he said.
Pindan partnered with Cottee Parker Architects to achieve a distinctive design.
“Mahala means ‘neighbourhood’ and the building embraces what it means to live in Mermaid Beach. Every apartment boasts large, liveable balconies which open to multiple rooms, creating light-filled spaces which capture sea breezes,” Mr Staniforth said.
The Mahala, a luxury 25-storey tower by developer Pinda, will rise on Peerless Ave, Mermaid Beach.
