Element, Ausbuild’s newest community in Brisbane’s northside suburb of Griffin, has been designed as a place to celebrate backyards and outdoor evenings, for singles, couples, families and furry friends.

Ausbuild joint managing director Matthew Bell said Element was in a convenient location and had much to offer.

“Life at Element is a life fringed by practicalities, but also with unexpected luxuries,” he said.

“It is conveniently located next to Griffin’s new state school and is only a short drive to the greater North Lakes retail and commercial precinct with Costco and Ikea not far away either.

“Medical centres, lifestyle facilities, cafes and restaurants are in local abundance, and a trip to the beach in summer is only a short drive to Brighton and Redcliffe.”

With the recent second release of 33 new blocks, land at Element ranges in size from 280sq m to 755sq m, with prices beginning from $230,000.

“Element makes home ownership achievable,” Mr Bell said.

“Land has an ideal price point that is sure to fit into the budget without having to make many sacrifices. For example, our first home buyers will enjoy our spacious single-storey, full turn-key, fixed price home and land packages priced from $420,900.”

He said a popular single-storey design from the Refined Living Collection was the Markwell, priced at $169,000.

“As a spacious four-bedroom, twobathroom, two-car home, the Markwell has a free-flowing design to it, from the entrance to the outdoor entertaining area,” Mr Bell said.

“We’re looking forward to seeing our Refined Living designs form an esteemed streetscape at Element.”

As a complete package, the Markwell with Trend facade is available to build on lot 42 for $467,500.
