LAP UP LIFE IN A VILLA BY WATER
Thirteen waterfront villas will be constructed as part of the $225 million Cova community on the Gold Coast’s Hope Island.
Called Cova Boathouse Villas, developer Frasers Property Australia Queensland general manager for residential Cameron Leggatt said the waterfront properties were expected to “capture the market’s attention”.
“Buyers are looking for pristine views paired with the ultimate waterfront lifestyle and as such the Cova Boathouse Villas have been architecturally designed by Rothelowman with the end customer in mind,” he said.
The 13 villas will each have three bedrooms plus a multi-purpose room, two bathrooms and a powder room, plus a single or double garage, with two floor plans to choose from. Each villa comes with a covered alfresco area and ducted reverse cycle airconditioning throughout. There is also the provision for solar panels, satellite television and the NBN.
Mr Leggatt said the Cova Boathouse Villas were being fast-tracked following the sell out of their 15 Cova Promenade Waterfront Villas, which are under construction.
“Purchasers can expect to see luxurious yet functional kitchens featuring a 900mm Miele gas cooktop and 600mm wall oven, with a full kitchen display available for viewing within the Cova sales and display centre,” he said.
“Expansive glazing maximises the sweeping marina views, offering a smooth transition from indoor to outdoor living, with secure access connecting residents to Cova’s network of walkways.”
Cova is a masterplanned community currently under staged construction on Hope Island, and within easy reach of The Broadwater.
Residents-only facilities include a 2.6ha marina with boardwalk promenade, and Club Cova, which has a lap pool, gym, barbecues and a kitchen with function room.
The $1 million Cova Boathouse development is due for completion early next year.
The Cova Boathouse villas will sit alongside the new recreational club, which will have a relaxation pool, large barbecue area, a private dining room, multipurpose/theatre room, a fully equipped kitchen and office space with Wi-Fi connection.
Owners of Cova Boathouse villas will also receive the opportunity to purchase a private marina berth to complement their new waterfront lifestyle.
Boathouse Villas are priced from $599,000, with villa and marina packages starting at $635,750.
