The population of Caboolture has doubled every decade since the 1970s, with villages growing into major suburbs.

QM Properties has just launched a new acreage estate, Hammond Crossing, with general sales manager Damien Ross attributing the growth to the suburb’s proximity to the city and the beach.

“Just being a stone’s throw away from the city or the beach, Caboolture has been identified as one of the state’s biggest growth centres and it’s not hard to figure out why,” Mr Ross said.

“In a matter of minutes, residents can be in the centre of Caboolture with access to shops and the train station.

“In nearly the same amount of time, you can get on the Bruce Highway towards the Sunshine Coast or Brisbane. The location of Hammond Crossing is amazing.”

Mr Ross said Hammond Crossing was “ready for action”, with all lots being flat and usable.

“Over the past few weeks, we’ve received several inquiries from buyers who have lived on the northside of Brisbane for the past 10-15 years and are looking for a tree change,” he said.

“Not only are these lots ready for immediate construction but, in terms of maintenance, you’ll only have to hop on the ride-on mower for a few minutes to achieve a pristine lawn.

“Residents will enjoy the best of acreage living, with all key amenities just a short drive away in the vibrant hub of Caboolture, which includes a range of public and private schools, the town square, Woolworths, Coles and so much more.”
