Plan­ta­tion Homes took out two gongs at the re­cent HIA Gold Coast and North­ern Rivers Hous­ing Awards.

The com­pany’s Carmelle 28 de­sign was named Best Dis­play Home up to $300,000 and the Bent­ley 42 took out Best Dis­play Home $401,000 to $500,000.

“The ever-pop­u­lar Carmelle 28 is a beau­ti­fully de­signed, sin­gle-storey fam­ily home that is in­tel­li­gently zoned and lux­u­ri­ously ap­pointed. It has been in­cred­i­bly pop­u­lar in its Gold Coast sur­rounds,” Plan­ta­tion Homes mar­ket­ing man­ager Amanda Reilly said.

“The Bent­ley 42 is the epit­ome of lux­ury, boast­ing the mas­ter bed­room on the ground floor and a suite of liv­ing ar­eas for all fam­ily mem­bers to un­wind in­de­pen­dently or en­joy to­gether af­ter a busy day.
