SIZE AND STYLE A SELLOUT

The Courier-Mail - Home - - SUNSHINE COAST - THOMAS MORGAN

Gold Coast development Three 72 Marine is close to sellout, just months out from completion.

The $55 million, 14-storey Labrador project is expected to be completed by next April, with developer Aniko Group saying 80 per cent of apartments have already been snapped up.

Founder George Mastrocostas said buyers were looking for developments that catered for carefree lifestyles and had a range of amenities. “These communal spaces create a sense of belonging, which perfectly balances and complements the absolute privacy that each of our residents will enjoy in their own apartment,” Mr Mastrocostas said.

Three 72 Marine – at 372 Marine Parade – will have 108 one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Each apartment includes ducted aircon, open-plan living areas, balconies with glass balustrading, kitchens with stainless-steel appliances, acoustic treatments to deter noise, and interior finishes with quality fittings and fixtures. Resident facilities include a lounge, pool, sauna, barbecue facilities, an outdoor cinema and indoor play area for the kids, as well as a pet-washing bay.

Mr Mastrocostas said another key feature was choice, with apartments coming in a range of sizes. “We’ve purposefully offered buyers more flexibility with the choice of floor plans,” he said. “All apartments boast a sophisticated, contemporary design with a superior level of finish throughout. There’s no compromise and our buyers have recognised this.”

One and two-bedroom apartments range between 63 and 119sq m, with or without a study, while three-bedrooms plus study fetch 138sq m. Apartments have views of South Straddie and Surfers Paradise or the hinterland.

Aniko Group has struck a chord with buyers with its latest apartment project, the $55 million Three 72 Marine at Labrador.
