VIBRANT COASTAL LIVING
Twenty-one townhouses are set to be built at Upper Coomera to keep up with growing demand in the northern Gold Coast suburb.
Bos Property is constructing The Stanhope, which includes houses priced from $430,000 on Tallon St.
The development will offer two-storey boutique-style residences with a range of three-bedroom, two-bathroom floor plans, including some with split-level designs.
All 21 townhouses will have balconies and share a communal barbecue area and pool. It follows the sellout of their nearby 69 townhouse development, The Tilbury.
Bos Property managing director Romolo Bos said Upper Coomera was well serviced with schools, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, a community centre and library.
“We think Upper Coomera offers property buyers the opportunity to live in a vibrant and growing community and the 69 owners at The Tilbury development have shared our own confidence in the area,” Mr Bos said.
“The Stanhope will offer spacious living areas ranging from 160sq m to 190sq m and appeal to buyers wanting something larger than a townhouse and downsizers that don’t want to live in a house anymore.”
Residents will also benefit from the nearby Westfield Coomera Shopping Centre, which opened last week.
Tyler Scott, who is marketing The Stanhope, said the development provided buyers with an opportunity to buy in a strong growth area.
“Upper Coomera, on the western side of the M1 with the Coomera River on its southern border is predicted by the Gold Coast City Council to develop at a rapid rate well into the next decade,” he said.
Bos Property’s The Stanhope at Upper Coomera will offer buyers the choice of 21 townhouses.
