Twenty-one town­houses are set to be built at Up­per Coomera to keep up with grow­ing de­mand in the north­ern Gold Coast sub­urb.

Bos Prop­erty is con­struct­ing The Stan­hope, which in­cludes houses priced from $430,000 on Tal­lon St.

The de­vel­op­ment will of­fer two-storey bou­tique-style res­i­dences with a range of three-bed­room, two-bath­room floor plans, in­clud­ing some with split-level de­signs.

All 21 town­houses will have bal­conies and share a com­mu­nal bar­be­cue area and pool. It fol­lows the sell­out of their nearby 69 town­house de­vel­op­ment, The Til­bury.

Bos Prop­erty man­ag­ing di­rec­tor Ro­molo Bos said Up­per Coomera was well ser­viced with schools, shops, su­per­mar­kets, restau­rants, a com­mu­nity cen­tre and li­brary.

“We think Up­per Coomera of­fers prop­erty buy­ers the op­por­tu­nity to live in a vi­brant and grow­ing com­mu­nity and the 69 own­ers at The Til­bury de­vel­op­ment have shared our own con­fi­dence in the area,” Mr Bos said.

“The Stan­hope will of­fer spa­cious liv­ing ar­eas rang­ing from 160sq m to 190sq m and appeal to buy­ers want­ing some­thing larger than a town­house and down­siz­ers that don’t want to live in a house any­more.”

Res­i­dents will also ben­e­fit from the nearby West­field Coomera Shop­ping Cen­tre, which opened last week.

Tyler Scott, who is mar­ket­ing The Stan­hope, said the de­vel­op­ment pro­vided buy­ers with an op­por­tu­nity to buy in a strong growth area.

“Up­per Coomera, on the western side of the M1 with the Coomera River on its south­ern bor­der is pre­dicted by the Gold Coast City Coun­cil to de­velop at a rapid rate well into the next decade,” he said.
