Touted as a new global neighbourhood unlike anything else, West Village, the latest project from developer Sekisui House Australia in Brisbane’s West End, has already proved a welcome addition to the market.

Unveiled to the public earlier this year, the development will be a journey of discovery for residents and locals alike, drawing inspiration from the world’s most engaging precincts yet intrinsically connected to West End’s unique culture.

Inspired by the character and history of West End, West Village reimagines urban living. Contemporary apartments are thoughtfully placed and green spaces blur into a relaxed urban culture.

Consisting of eight contemporary apartment buildings, a full-line Woolworths supermarket offering everything from instore sushi to specialty cheeses, a diverse mix of galleries, boutiques, traders and merchants interlinked by vibrant laneways, West Village will breathe new life into the former Peters Ice Cream Factory site, an iconic West End landmark dating back to the 1920s.

Taking inspiration from New York City’s vibrant, tree-lined Park and Lexington Avenues, stage one living opportunities comprise architectural-masterpiece townhouses and expertly-appointed apartments that include one to four bedrooms.

The two bedroom residences have been designed with versatility in mind, according to West Village sales and marketing director Megan Barron.

“A Sekisui House philosophy is to provide a better living experience for residents, both now and well into the future,” she said.

“This means the two bedroom apartments are great for young couples, young families and those wishing to resize or downsize.”

The stylish two-bedroom apartments have many features that set them apart from other residences on the market, including 2.7m high ceilings in all living areas, large tiled balconies to enjoy outdoor entertaining, stone benchtops, floor-toceiling glazing in the bedrooms, European oak floors, high quality bathroom and kitchen fittings and separate laundries.

Offering the chance to live just one kilometre from the CBD in the heart of West End’s vibrant Boundary Street precinct, West Village presents an opportunity for residents to immerse themselves in an urban village rich in culture and steeped in history.

Once inside, the urban bustle immediately dissolves as beautifully appointed oasis apartments shape a private residential world above. Making the most of Brisbane’s sub-tropical climate, each of the two bedroom apartments are completed with spacious deep balconies and living areas and enjoy access to West Village’s luxurious pool and rooftop terrace.

High-quality architecture and innovative design are the hallmarks of West Village, where stunning apartments feature the latest state-of-the-art designs that allow you to retreat to a welcoming sanctuary, or enjoy the excitement of urban life in a community-focused heritage precinct.
