RENOVATION FOR 1927 COTTAGE
SUE Henderson has secured a fully renovated Morningside home in a deal worth $920,000.
The Olive St house previously belonged to Wayne and Jo-anne Downs.
Marketing agent Katey Comino, of Place, said the original home was more of a cottage, which had been built in 1927 and could not be demolished.
It has been raised and extended. As a result, the two-level home has 3m ceilings on both levels and polished timber floors. It has four bedrooms, and is on a 668sq m block close to shops.
