Auc­tion brings suc­cess

Mar­ket­ing agent Glenn Bool from McGrath Bulimba said the on-site auc­tion at­tracted three reg­is­tered bid­ders, with 25 peo­ple present.

Auc­tion­eer Thomas McG­lynn took an open­ing bid of $590,000 be­fore a young cou­ple from Camp Hill made the suc­cess­ful bid.

The two-level prop­erty has un­der­gone a con­tem­po­rary ren­o­va­tion and is on 647sq m.

There are high ceil­ings and pol­ished tim­ber floor­ing in the lounge area with stone bench­tops, a break­fast bar and gas cook­top in the kitchen.
