FOL­LOW­ING the start of the school term this week, many par­ents are prob­a­bly still clam­ber­ing to buy all the nec­es­sary ma­te­ri­als to en­sure a smooth start to the year for their chil­dren.

In ad­di­tion, many chil­dren will re­quire a spe­cific, quiet space at home for study­ing and home­work.

Week­end Shop­per has a wide se­lec­tion of of­fice equip­ment to help with this task.

In the Gen­eral and Home Fur­nish­ings sec­tions, the

of­fers sig­nif­i­cant num­bers of dis­counted desks, of­fice chairs, book­cases and fil­ing cab­i­nets.

Com­mer­cial fil­ing cab­i­nets for the study or home of­fice can range any­where from $120 up to sev­eral hun­dred dol­lars de­pend­ing on their size and what they are made from.

How­ever, smaller cab­i­nets, which can slot un­der a desk, can be found from $20.

Shop­pers are likely to be im­pressed by the vast se­lec­tion of bar­gain book­cases, sell­ing for a lit­tle as $10, de­pend­ing on what it’s made from.
