The Anaconda singer was collecting her gong for Best Hip-Hop video when she seemed to have a dig at Cyrus.

After first thanking her pastor, Minaj said: “And now, back to this bitch who had a lot to say about me the other day in the press.”

Cyrus, who was also on stage at the time, quickly retorted: “Hey, we’re all in this industry, we all do interviews and we all know how they manipulate s---.”

The spat comes after Cyrus appeared to slam the singer in an interview over Minaj’s reaction to being snubbed for a nomination for Best Video.

But many viewers at home were left wondering whether the whole exchange was part of the show.
