HAS rapper Lupe Fiasco totally lost the plot?

The US star, who has collaborated with Australia’s Guy Sebastian in the past, has vowed to destroy copies of his third album Lasers with an actual “giant laser”.

Fiasco (pictured) launched the album in 2011 but now wants it vaporised.

In a message to fans on Facebook, he said instead of making a new album this year he wanted to “unmake” one.

“So here’s my idea,” he wrote. “For all you people who really hated my 3rd album Lasers for whatever reason in the universe I want you to send it back to me so I can destroy it with an actual Laser.”

While there’s no moneyback guarantee, he admitted that he still loved the album even though many others didn’t.

“The fact still remains that a lot of people really loved Lasers (Me Included) despite the popular myth that it’s one of the worst rap albums ever but sometimes the myth can be stronger than the truth,” he said.

He then called out for fans to send the album back to him and he would destroy it on New Year’s Day in 2016.
