KILLERS TOUR SET TO BE SOME­THING TO DIE FOR

INDIE rock band The Killers will re­turn to Aus­tralia for their big­gest tour Down Un­der, and they’re kick­ing off in Brisbane.

The US band will play seven arena shows around Aus­tralia and New Zealand next year, open­ing their Aussie leg at the Brisbane En­ter­tain­ment Cen­tre on April 27.

It will mark the band’s first Aus­tralian tour since 2013.

The tour will fol­low the re­lease of their fifth al­bum Won­der­ful Won­der­ful on Fri­day, with a one-off per­for­mance at the MCG on Septem­ber 30 for AFL Grand Fi­nal Day. It will be the first taste for fans of new mu­sic since Bat­tle Born in 2012.

The Killers’ de­but al­bum Hot Fuss in­tro­duced mas­sive hits such as Mr Bright­side and Some­body Told Me.
