The Daily Examiner - - NEWS NATION -

ABC radio Melbourne host Red Symons is in hospital recovering from a fall in which he hit his head and lost consciousness. The former Skyhooks musician and Hey, Hey It’s Saturday star is off-air as he recovers but has issued a statement saying he “experienced a sudden lack of consciousness” while walking home from the supermarket on July 5. This resulted in a fall, with his head hitting the pavement. The 68-year-old says he has been receiving “the best of medical attention” and is looking forward to “getting back to work as soon as possible”.
