Hand Made Pa­per Work­shop

Bai­ley’s Fundraiser

WHEN: Sun­day 9.30am. WHERE: Yamba Pub­lic School. DE­TAILS: A fun boot camp for school kids and par­ents fea­tur­ing races, tug-of-war and kids games with all funds do­nated to Team Bai­ley. En­try is $5.

Agility and jump­ing trial

WHEN: Satur­day and Sun­day from 8am WHERE: Grafton Show­ground DE­TAILS: Join the Grafton Dog Obe­di­ence Club for its agility and jump­ing trial. There will be a can­teen avail­able and two rings of dog events to keep you en­ter­tained.

Colour Car­ni­vale

WHEN: Satur­day 10am-7pm and Sun­day 10am to 7pm.

WHERE: Ford Park, Yamba.

DE­TAILS: The car­ni­vale is a fes­ti­val of mu­sic, sports, jump­ing cas­tles and food trucks with amuse­ments and ac­tiv­i­ties for the whole fam­ily in a fun at­mos­phere cen­tred on food, sports and the beach. Lower Clarence Mu­sic Eisteddfod

WHEN: June 16 to 23 WHERE: Ma­clean Civic Hall DE­TAILS: Hear from some of the best mu­si­cians and singers from across the Clarence Val­ley at the Lower Clarence Mu­sic Eisteddfod. The com­pe­ti­tion runs for a week with mul­ti­ple dis­ci­plines and styles.

Grafton Show­ground Mar­kets

WHEN: Satur­day

WHERE: Grafton Show­ground DE­TAILS: The Grafton Show­ground mar­kets is where you will find a wide va­ri­ety of stalls, with some­thing for the whole fam­ily. Grafton Poul­try Club also will have poul­try and cage birds for sale.

Celtic Il­lu­sion

WHEN: Sun­day, 7.30pm WHERE: Sara­ton The­atre DE­TAILS: Celtic Il­lu­sion fuses awe-inspiring con­tem­po­rary Ir­ish Dance with mind-blow­ing magic and Grand Il­lu­sions. With in­cred­i­ble chore­og­ra­phy and spell­bind­ing magic, this is a sen­sory ex­pe­ri­ence like no other.

Perch Creek al­bum launch

WHEN: Sun­day, 7.30pm WHERE: Pel­i­can Play­house DE­TAILS: Perch Creek is a band of five ex­u­ber­ant and multi-tal­ented mu­si­cians, four of whom are sib­lings.

This Mel­bourne-based in­ter­na­tional tour­ing act writes and per­forms har­mony-driven mod­ern pop/folk mu­sic with a cre­ative en­ergy and fear­less spirit. This week­end the band will launch its al­bum at the Pel­i­can Play­house.

Ashby Mar­kets

WHEN: Sun­day 9am-1pm.

WHERE: Ma­cauley St, Ashby Com­mu­nity Cen­tre, Ashby.

DE­TAILS: The Ashby mar­kets fea­ture a va­ri­ety of stalls in­clud­ing fruit and veg­eta­bles, home­made cakes and slices, sec­ond-hand goods, and arts and crafts. The mar­kets are held on the third Sun­day of ev­ery month.
