The Darley 23 by Clarendon Homes has it all — and more

Whether it’s a first home you’re after, or you want something suitable for downsizing, there are many factors to consider when visiting display homes.

But no matter what stage you are at in life, elements such as storage and a mix of living spaces are universally appealing.

The Darley 23 by Clarendon Homes is on display at both Marsden Park in the northwest and Oran Park in the southwest.

The home is just 11.3m wide, so it will fit on narrower blocks, and includes a great selection of living spaces.

There’s a home theatre opening from the entry hallway — perfect for watching sport or a movie — which can be shut off from the rest of the house.

There’s also a multipurpose room situated between the kitchen and laundry at the rear of the house. A flexible space, it can be used as a study, playroom for children or a sewing room. It also has direct access to one of the three children’s bedrooms.

The kitchen is literally in the heart of the home. It’s set in a comfortable open-plan format with the meals area and family room a good vantage point across this space.

The kitchen’s generous walk-in pantry offers ample space for food and appliance storage, while the island bench would be a great centrepiece for parties.

The main bedroom sits at the front of the house, overlooking the street. It has an ensuite and a walk-in robe and offers parents privacy, with the children’s bedrooms located in a separate wing.

Storage is one of the selling points of the Darley 23 with a cupboard in the hallway and linen cupboards inside the laundry and outside the main bathroom, while the children’s bedrooms all contain built-in robes.

The family bathroom near the children’s bedrooms has a bath, shower and a separate toilet. The house is available with architecturally designed facades and an alfresco area is optional. Bed 2
