We spend about a third of our life sleep­ing — that’s more than 27 years given the av­er­age Aus­tralian life ex­pectancy of 82. So it makes sense you want to make your bed­room a re­lax­ing and en­joy­able place to be.

Ev­ery­thing from the colour of your walls to the light­ing and the amount of stor­age in your bed­room can af­fect the qual­ity of sleep, with poor rest hav­ing a neg­a­tive im­pact on your wak­ing ac­tiv­i­ties.
