There’s a feeling of grandeur about some homes that sets the scene when you spot them from the street. That’s the case with the Havana 38 by Fowler Homes, a generous twostorey, five-bedroom design at Marsden Park.

While the home has an eye-catching street presence, it also has a width of just 10.79m, so it will fit on many narrower blocks.

On entering, there’s a home office to one side and a spacious foyer. The stairway sits beside a small courtyard and there’s a void nearby, creating a feeling of space.

The kitchen sits at the centre of the design, with a view across the living space and dining area. It has a large island bench and a spacious walk-in pantry. There’s also a family room overlooking the backyard and sliding doors leading to an outdoor retreat.

The Havana 38 offers great storage, with linen cupboards, a drop zone near the double garage and a cloak room.

Five bedrooms are upstairs, each with a walk-in robe. The large master suite has hisand-hers robes and there’s also an ensuite.

The Havana 38 is on display at Marsden Park with the Moda Ultra Facade and it’s also available in two smaller formats — the Havana 32 and the Havana 35.
