It’s no accident this design was named after an orchestral masterpiece, after all, it offers a seamless flow where every section works well together. While the floorplan of the single-storey, four-bedroom home is compact, nothing has been sacrificed.

The bedrooms run down one side of the house, with the master suite the jewel of the sleeping quarters. Complete with an ensuite and two walk-in robes, you get a sense of luxury and retreat from this element of the home. The three secondary bedrooms each have a built-in robe.

The galley-style kitchen, which shares a large open-plan living space with the dining room and family room at the rear of the house, offers a large walk-in pantry. Storage is abundant in the form of a linen closet off the hallway and a large laundry with direct outdoor access.

There are plenty of living areas to choose from, including the hub of the home in the combined dining and family room. Off this area is a theatre space and a breakout room across from the bedrooms. This additional living space could be used as a toy room, study, teenage retreat or children’s lounge, depending on the needs of the family.

The well-designed floorplan allows for an easy flow throughout the home and a sense of space and light
