Picturing a tragic fall
A KOREAN student plunged more than 60m to her death after jumping in the air for a series of photographs on a crumbling clifftop.
Hyewon Kim, 23, asked a stranger to take her picture then was seen in the images jumping in the air, finally landing with one foot on the cliff and another off it and falling, an inquest into her death was told.
The accident occurred at Britain’s Seven Sisters cliffs in East Sussex. The site is popular with Asian visitors because it is named for the daughters of Chinese deity the Jade Emperor.
