SBS Vice­land, 7.30pm Chef Ed­die Huang (right), ram­pant foodie and the guy be­hind com­edy Fresh Off The Boat, is in Hawaii to fig­ure out how the is­land cul­ture was hi­jacked. An en­thu­si­as­tic over­sharer, he meets the lo­cals and chows down on lo­cal fare. He’s deadly se­ri­ous and re­spect­ful when it mat­ters, and oth­er­wise is out to have a good time. His en­thu­si­asm is in­fec­tious.
