DAWN, the Belle­vue Hill home bought in 1980 by the late Trav­e­land founder

Steven Rich and his gem and crys­tal ther­apy guru widow Gayl, was passed in at mid­week auc­tion at $10.05 mil­lion. Their son Jodee Rich was in at­ten­dance.

There were $16 mil­lion hopes when the 1916 Fed­er­a­tion Arts and Crafts-style home was listed in March. But that was re­vised down to $11 mil­lion-$12 mil­lion by Ray White Dou­ble Bay agent Michael

Fin­ger af­ter the first agent was dumped. Built by V.H. Hunt with five bed­rooms on 1385sqm, the house also comes with a yoga room and med­i­ta­tion tower.
