Gladys taking a big risk by ruling out One Nation

The Daily Telegraph (Sydney) - - Saturday Extra -

You reported yesterday that NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian has ruled out preferencing One Nation at the March election (“Latham takes a swipe at ALP critics”, 9/11).

Poor decision Gladys, poor decision.

The LNP lost the Queensland election, handing it to Annastacia Palaszczuk on a platter after doing exactly the same thing. At least 10 LNP seats went to Labor on the back of One Nation preferences.

Now the NSW Premier is making the same mistake.

You’d think Pauline Hanson was Ivan Milat’s accomplice the way the major parties shy away from her, but they do so at their own peril.

Voters who are dissatisfied with both the Coalition and Labor are looking to park a protest vote that counts.

Hanson with Mark Latham now in tow will turn out to be a force to be reckoned with come March 2019. John Partridge, Manly
