The Free Press (Corowa) - - CLASSIES (03) -

Last week saw all athletes compete in the hurdles for the first time this season.

Everyone had a go and enjoyed it very much.

Thanks to Brett Forge and Dave Anderson for organising the setup and all parents who helped with the adjustment of heights.

With small numbers yet again, it was good to see everyone participate in all events and to see the high standard of competition.

With the zone carnival coming up soon any interested athlete needs to contact Carmel with entry details before Sunday, November 27 so entries can go in on time.

This event is for any registered athlete Under 7 and over, for athletes Under 12 and under you can compete in 4 events for Under 13 athletes you can compete in 6.

This will be held on Saturday, December 10 in Deniliquin and will cost $5 per event.

The club hopes to have a few athletes go and compete.

Congratulations to the 16 athletes who broke PB’s this week, with Will White, Jayden Forge, Ella Ovenden and Mick Hughes all breaking three PB’s each for the night.

With the changeover to NSW the club’s group of on trackers have now had a name change to Tiny Tots and as from next season will be fully registered with a proper program set up and all events measured and recorded.

Archer Coppolino received his new club record certificate last Friday night.
