Coupon book to ‘Keep It Lo­cal’

The Free Press and Fed­er­a­tion Coun­cil are em­bark­ing on a new ini­tia­tive to keep peo­ple shop­ping lo­cal - the Keep It Lo­cal Coupon Book.

Res­i­dents in the Fed­er­a­tion Coun­cil area will re­ceive a coupon book in their mail­box dur­ing the last week of Au­gust which will be full of ex­cit­ing dis­counts and deals on ev­ery­thing from tyres and food to gift­ware and elec­tron­ics.

The spon­sors of the cam­paign in­clude Corowa Supa IGA, How­long IGA Plus Liquor, Food­works Mul­wala and Fed­er­a­tion Coun­cil.

Through­out the year-long cam­paign there will be a weekly draw of a $100 gro­cery voucher.

The weekly win­ner will be drawn in the Free Press of­fice each Fri­day af­ter­noon, which will be streamed live on the Free Press Face­book page.

The Free Press is look­ing for more ad­ver­tis­ers to ap­pear in the coupon book.

Those in­ter­ested in ad­ver­tis­ing can make an ap­point­ment with Free Press Ad­ver­tis­ing Sales Rep­re­sen­ta­tive Dale Pegg.

The Free Press will have 500 ad­di­tional coupon books avail­able at a cost of $10 each for those in­ter­ested in a sec­ond book and they are avail­able for those liv­ing out­side of the Fed­er­a­tion Coun­cil area who would also like to par­tic­i­pate.

The pro­mo­tion starts on Septem­ber 1 and will run un­til Au­gust 31, 2018.
